Our firm offered pro-bono services to create a schematic design package for a building design concept that connects to the residents of an underserved community in Baltimore city. The space is slated to offer a variety of amenities including a market with fresh produce, a recording studio, art studios and gallery space, and a media room with access to technology and equipment. The space also plans to activate the rooftop to introduce an additional connection between the design and the environment of the community it serves.
